Install it from Steam, launch it from Steam, let it install it's copy of Origin, play it. Well, yeah, you could, in theory, establish a system-wide Origin install & project it to the games insisting on it but that's gonna be a lot of faffing around which I suggest you avoid and go the simple route instead.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is completely playable right now. Its on sale and listed as unplayable for some odd reason. Took a minute to launch, but is completely stable locked 40fps at high settings across the board. Has always been playable. But became unplayable when EA switched out their Origin Lite launcher for their new launcher.
