The Tilde "~", next to the "1" at the top left of your keyboard, opens the console. This game needs a manual. Sometimes I think I have gone mad, other times I just wish I had.
I do, but just like in Team Fortress 2, the console won't go up on the menu, the only way i know is to set -console in launch options, but by simply leaving a map will close the console, forcing me to restart the game whenever i want to go to a different map with sv_cheats 1.
