The NAD C 700 is a self-contained ‘just add speakers’ type device of the sort that has come to dominate the landscape of affordable Hi-Fi over the last few years. It is the most affordable of NAD’s ‘Streaming amplifiers’ (NAD does not make ‘all in one systems’), and not part of the Masters Series unlike the M10v2 and M33.

The NAD C399 is euqipped with both analog and digital inputs as well as the HybridDigital TM nCore power amplifiers used in the Masters series. According to NAD, these achieve a continuous output power of 2 x 180 watts and impulse power peaks of up to 400 watts into 4 ohms.
